Premium Extra Virgin

Our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from Early Harvested olives. In order to capture the best quality, the olives are harvested “early” during the end of September/beginning of October and only mechanical procedures are utilized in the extraction. Recommended for uncooked consumption, you can use our early harvest  olive oil in your breakfasts, aperativos and salads.

Everyday Extra Virgin

Our Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil is harvested during November-December from the different best variety olives in Medditerranean side of Türkiye. Extracted with a fully automated process, the olives are extracted in the same day they are harvested. Having a mild aroma and a soft taste, Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be used in your everyday cooking and other daily olive oil consumption.

Cold Pressed

During the production, we use Cold Pressing method in order to preserve the nutrition and polyphenol content of the olive oil. All of our production is conducted with 25-26°C and brought to your household without losing the freshness, naturality and nutrition content.

Production with Extra Care

In order to deliver you the freshest olive oil with extra high polyphenol content, we are harvesting our olives right and early during the harvest season and presuming production with no time left for olives to lose their freshness. We are following all the guidelines neatly to preserve the first day taste & aroma of the olive oil. All of our harvest and production are fully aligned with Turkish Olive Oil Production Act.
